By now, you know how your alarm works, and everyone is ready to begin using it. You have protected your child's bed, and you have extra underwear, pajamas, sheets and sheet protection at your child's bedside. Nightlights are installed, and you know you can hear the alarm from your bedroom. Your child, with or without your help, has attached the alarm properly. You're ready to go!

Double void before bedtime

Your child should urinate in the toilet when you tell him it's time for bed, then complete his usual nighttime ritual: brush his teeth, put on pajamas, read a story, get his clothes ready for the next day, etc. Before the lights go out, he should try to urinate once more even if he doesn't feel like he needs to. Remember, double voiding is one of the three requirements for "cooperation rewards" in the morning.
